ABOUT T-VENTURES

Computer software is a wonderful thing!  It is one of the essential ingredients for success in your business. The ability to harness the power of computing is the reason why companies like Amazon, Alphabet, and Walmart have risen to the top of their industries. Without great software, it is impossible for your business to grow and prosper.

Unfortunately, developing and implementing software products for your customers as well as internal systems necessary to improve your organization’s operational efficiency can — and frequently do — exhaust an organization’s resources, time and money.

Only rarely does software get completed on-time, within budget, and containing all of its necessary functionality.T-Ventures has a unique perspective on software development designed to make this happen.

We bring our customers a set of understandable methodologies and tactics which have proven to substantially increase the likelihood of success for software projects over time.

T-Ventures specializes in helping small business and start-ups compete with larger organizations by providing management support to implement these techniques within your organization.

WHO WE ARE

Mr. Cary Toor – Founder & Principal

Mr. Cary Toor is the Founder and Principal of T-Ventures.  Prior to starting T-Ventures, Cary managed a 100-person software development and consulting company, Information Concepts, for 3-plus decades.  In this role, he oversaw 100s of software development and implementation efforts for large, medium size, and small organizations.  These projects, from a few staff months to 20 staff years, spanned the private sector, non-profits, and the government.

Early on in his work at Information Concepts, Cary realized that the traditional methodologies for building software did not yield a strong track record of success.  In fact, more projects failed than succeeded.  For that reason, he spent the past 30-years pioneering and refining methodologies that provide a much higher degree of success and significantly improve the likelihood that a software project will be completed on-time, within budget, and with needed functionality.

With T-Ventures, Cary is dedicated to providing small companies and start-ups with the ability to successfully compete against larger, more technically sophisticated organizations by providing emerging companies with techniques and tools used by their larger, more sophisticated competitors.
